Signups was born in our own swing school in Paris. For years we ran classes, workshops and festivals on spreadsheets and goodwill. So we built the tool we wished we'd had.

How do lead and follow roles work?
You set the number of spots for each role. When one role is full, new registrations join that role's waitlist. Open spots are filled automatically in waitlist order, or you approve each one yourself.
What happens when a dancer forgets to pay?
Signups sends up to three payment reminders on its own. You also get one list of every unpaid spot, by season or class, and can follow up with everyone in one click.
Can dancers pay monthly?
Yes. Sell monthly plans with class credits, or let dancers pay in three instalments with Klarna.
Can I print a roster for the door?
Yes. Every class has a roster with each dancer's role and payment status, ready to print. You can also check dancers in with a QR scan.
Does Signups make my school GDPR compliant?
It covers what happens on your sign-up pages. If you add a tracker, a cookie window appears in your colours, and every answer is kept as proof. Your privacy policy and legal notice are written from your own details, and you can see which terms each dancer accepted, and when. What your team does outside Signups is still up to you.
Can I see the emails my dancers receive?
Yes. Preview any email in every language your page speaks, and find every message you've sent in one place. If an email bounces, you get an alert so you can fix the address and resend.
Can I keep my existing Stripe account?
Yes. Connect the Stripe account you already use and start taking cards in under five minutes.
